7 Tannery Brae is a ground floor holiday apartment. Our other apartment, 8 Tannery Brae, is directly above in this two storey building.
The accommodation is centrally situated in this beautiful village, but in a quiet setting with off road private parking right outside. It is within easy walking distance of all local amenities including the Tourist Information Office at the Mill on the Fleet Visitor Centre, convenience stores, shops, bank, post office and several excellent tea rooms, inns and restaurants.
The entrance porch leads into the lounge/dining kitchen. The fitted kitchen, with dining area, incorporates an electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge and all the cutlery, crockery, utensils and equipment you will need. The lounge has a two piece suite, pine furniture and electric stove/fire. There is a TV and DVD player. A selection of books, games, maps and information about the area is on hand. Leading off from the lounge, the bedroom has a king size bed and spacious fitted wardrobe. The ensuite shower room has a large shower cubicle, shaver socket and wall heater.
The main heating is by way of economy 7 night storage heaters with back up from electric stove/panel heater and fan heater if required. There is laminate flooring throughout the apartment.
To the rear of the property, is a sunny garden area which backs onto Garries Wood. Garden furniture is provided.

The apartment is available all year round, with our weeks running from Saturday to Saturday. Prices range from £195.00 to £295.00 during the summer months.

A £75.00 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before your stay.
